You will work on:
We’re looking for an onus driven full stack designer (generalist) with an eye toward user needs, functional insights, design and understanding of code.
You'll work with multiple teams and disciplines in a positive atmosphere that encourages continuous collaboration.
In this role, you'll drive design projects from conception to implementation and maintain a continuous dialog with all stakeholders along the way.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
As a full stack designer, you will:
Deliver outcomes by creating customer-centric designs.
Balance evolving business goals and implementation realities.
Produce flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, html/css prototypes and other artifacts.
Participate in design brainstorming, reviews, and working sessions with an agile, multi-disciplinary team.
Communicate, collaborate, and build consensus around experience and interaction design direction.
Build functional, useful, accessible and clear designs that perform well.
Work closely with founders, program managers, fellow designers and engineers to coordinate usability and A/B testing efforts, interpret results, and incorporate insights into the design.
Partner with full stack developers through the implementation phase to realize design vision, this will make sure your designs look the way they should in code as well.
Always be learning and prepared to share new learnings that encourage pushing the envelope for interactions and experiences.
Loves learning complex domains (a lot of it is enterprise).
Willing to design internal organization material in sync with Human Resource team requirements.
What you bring:
BA/BDes/MDes in design, human computer interaction or related degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience shipping products in a product/software environment.
Some experience in designing complex workflows from the conception and ideation phase through to delivery.
Some experience designing business productivity applications, tools, or websites (dashboards, workflows, management UI etc.).
Some experience in developing and conducting a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research, competitor research, contextual inquiries, guided explorations, and usability testing.
A portfolio demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions (research, sketch, storyboard, final designs to live experiences).
Awareness of current and emerging trends in user experience design.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Miro or similar tools and modern web development techniques.
Understanding & enthusiasm to be good at Enterprise Design Thinking, Figma, HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, MUI, React JSX, Visual Studio Code so it will be easy to build what you design.
Good Communication Skills.
Comfortable with MacOS, Windows, Ubuntu.
