What you will do
The Employee Engagement Manager will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new engagement strategy, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work on Employer Branding. Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies via Social Media and Digital Marketing Channels.
You will provide communications and engagement guidance to senior internal stakeholders, oversee our business-as-usual internal communications and engagement - ranging from our regular e-newsletter to employee surveys, reward schemes and events - and take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives. The successful applicant will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, most notably HR, the Executive Committee, and the Strategy team, as well as other audience leads responsible for communications.
Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team and business by
conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
Experience in area of Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding
Developing and delivering the organization & internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.
Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials. Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the Organizational Development Index.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan.
Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Event Management
Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
What you bring:
Education MBA HR
Desired Experience: 4+ years
Strong track record in Employee Engagement
Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory
Familiarity with medium sized organizations and reporting lines
Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack) & reward platforms (e.g., Culture Amp, Vantage Circle)
An exceptional writer, recognized for clear and compelling output
Experience crafting communication plans, presentations, talking points, etc.
Comfort interacting with people at all levels and presenting
Ability to influence across various levels in an organization
Collaborative work style with a good listening ear
Positive attitude and strong consulting skills
Emotional intelligence, courage, resilience, and flexibility
A sense of humour
• Experience working in tech
